PRICING
Prices are subject to change without prior written or oral notice. Please inquire when ordering. Indigo Sports is not responsible for any incorrectly printed prices, product descriptions, or part numbers.

PAYMENT TERMS
We only accept payment by pre-approved credit card for most orders. Some foreign orders will be accepted with payment via bank draft in US funds. All domestic orders are shipped UPS unless other arrangements are made.

SPECIAL ORDERS
All special order items must be paid in full before being processed. These are non-returnable, non-cancellable, and no refunds will be issued.

BACK ORDERS
Back orders will be maintained. When the items become available you will be notified before we ship.

RETURNED CHECKS
A $20 fee will be charged for each returned check. Additionally, any account presenting a returned check will be placed on a cash only basis.

RETURNS & CLAIMS
Claims must be made within 10 working days from shipping date.
No item will be accepted for return without prior approval. If the merchandise has been installed on the motorcycle, then it cannot be returned. Prior to returning any shipment, call Indigo Sports for a Return Authorization number (RA) that will be issued over the phone, if approved for return. All approved returns must be accompanied by an Indigo Sports return authorization (RA) number and must be in NEW, UNINSTALLED, UNUSED condition, and with a copy of the original invoice. The RA number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the box. All approved returns are subject to restocking fees of 20%, plus the original outbound shipping charges to the customer.

No returns whatsoever will be accepted on purchases older than 10 days, or on discounted and discontinued items. Refunds are issued in the same method as the original payment when applicable.
Returns are not accepted on individual fasteners or fastener kits for any reason whatsoever.

FREIGHT CLAIMS
It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the merchandise upon receipt for any damages that have occurred during shipping. Any claims with regards to shipping damages must be made with the carrier immediately upon receipt of goods. We are not responsible for any loss or damage while merchandise is in transit.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS
All refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the applicable freight charges to and from our facilities. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped.

WARRANTY
Indigo Sports exhausts are warranted to be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. Warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of defective parts up to 60 days from date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, alteration, improper installation, or negligence. Most of the products offered are for racing use only, and as such no warranty is expressed or implied. All the items sold by Indigo Sports Inc. are not street legal, and are for off-road use only. As such, the products are not DOT or EPA approved. Any of the items sold by Indigo Sports Inc. could possibly void the manufacturer’s warranty. All merchandise distributed by Indigo Sports is guaranteed in accordance with the manufacturers own terms of warranty. Warranty is provided to the original purchaser of the exhaust system only.

LIABILITY
Indigo Sports will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the use of any products sold by Indigo Sports. The acceptance and/or use of any part purchased from Indigo Sports Inc. by the purchaser shall hereby release Indigo Sports Inc. from any and all liabilities pertaining to the use of such parts. The purchaser recognizes that any alteration or modifications to any motorcycle may increase the risk of injury, accident, or death, and may also render the motorcycle illegal for use on public roads.
